ASTRONOMY AND ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY, A PASSION, A DISCIPLINE, A FEELING OF BELONGING TO THE UNIVERSE
My interest in Astronomy started during my teenage years and it grew stronger through the years, pushing me, as a completely self-taught person, to study the topic more and more in depth, until I became an “advanced amateur astronomer”.
Since 2001 I am an active member of the Bergamo Amateur Astronomers Association, and in 2009 I was lucky enough to transform the passion of a lifetime into a job, accepting to become part of the team working at the Astronomical Observatory “La Torre del Sole“, as an educational operator for the diffusion of astronomical science.
I had my first contact with the Astrophotography world around 2011, and throughout these years I have worked hard to improve both my imaging technique and my equipment, obtaining the results that can be seen in the pictures published on this website.
